How to Manage Your Block List

Viewing Your Block List

Getcaller allows you to keep track of numbers you have reported or flagged. To view numbers you have interacted with:

  1. Open the Getcaller app.
  2. Go to your Search History from the main menu.
  3. Numbers you have reported as spam will be marked with a spam indicator.

Using Your Phone's Built-In Blocking

For actual call blocking, we recommend using your phone's built-in blocking features alongside Getcaller's identification capabilities:

  • Android: Open Phone app > Recent Calls > Tap the number > Block/Report spam.
  • iOS: Open Phone app > Recents > Tap the (i) icon > Block this Caller.
Tip: Use Getcaller to identify suspicious numbers first, then use your phone's native blocking feature to block them. This combination provides the most effective spam protection.

Unblocking a Number

If you accidentally blocked a legitimate number, you can unblock it through your phone's settings. Go to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts (iOS) or Settings > Call > Blocked Numbers (Android) to manage your block list.
