Reporting a Spam Number
Reporting spam numbers helps protect the entire Getcaller community. Here is how to report a number:
- Open the Getcaller app and search for the spam number.
- On the search results page, tap the "Report Spam" button.
- Confirm that you want to report the number as spam.
- The number will be flagged in our database and other users will see the spam warning.
What Happens After You Report?
When you report a number:
- The spam counter for that number increases.
- Other users searching for the same number will see the spam warning.
- Numbers with many reports are automatically flagged as high-risk spam.
Note: Please only report numbers that are genuinely spam. False reports can harm legitimate callers and reduce the effectiveness of our spam database.
Reporting from the Web
You can also report spam numbers through the Getcaller web platform at web.getcaller.net. Log in with your account credentials and use the search and report features just like in the mobile app.
