Cancel on Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find Getcaller in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Cancel on iOS (App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find Getcaller in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancel Web Subscription (Stripe)
If you subscribed through the Getcaller website, your subscription is managed by Stripe. Contact our support team at [email protected] to cancel your web subscription.
Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store, Google Play, or by contacting support. After cancellation, you will retain premium features until the end of your current billing period.
