When to Restore a Purchase
You may need to restore a purchase if:
- You reinstalled the Getcaller app.
- You switched to a new phone.
- Your subscription is not showing as active after an app update.
How to Restore on Android
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.
- Open the Getcaller app and log in with your account.
- Your subscription should be restored automatically. If not, go to Profile > Subscription and tap Restore Purchase.
How to Restore on iOS
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- Open the Getcaller app and log in with your account.
- Go to Profile > Subscription and tap Restore Purchase.
- The app will verify your purchase with the App Store and restore your premium features.
Note: If the restore process does not work, make sure your subscription is still active. Check your subscription status in the App Store or Google Play Store. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
