Types of Notifications
Getcaller sends the following types of push notifications:
- Who Viewed Me: Alerts when someone searches for your phone number.
- Subscription Updates: Notifications about your plan status and renewals.
- App Updates: Information about new features and improvements.
Enabling Notifications
- Open the Getcaller app.
- When prompted, tap Allow Notifications.
- If you previously denied notifications, enable them through your device settings.
Disabling Notifications
If you want to stop receiving notifications:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > Getcaller and toggle off Allow Notifications.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Getcaller > Notifications and toggle off notifications.
Tip: We recommend keeping "Who Viewed Me" notifications enabled so you stay informed about who is looking up your number. You can always adjust your notification preferences later.
