Review your phone and app settings

Menu names and available controls may differ by iOS version, device configuration, and app version. If you change a setting, make one change at a time so it is easier to understand what affected the display.
Keep expectations realistic
- A displayed name may be incomplete or unavailable.
- A result can change as information and settings change.
- Use the call context and a trusted contact channel when a decision matters.
Use a calm follow-up routine
If a call is unexpected, you do not need to decide immediately. Avoid sharing verification codes, passwords, banking details, or other sensitive information. You can review the number, check your call history, and contact an organization through a verified channel if needed.
