On Android, open Settings > Apps > Getcaller > Notifications and make sure the notification categories you care about are enabled. If permissions were denied during setup, notifications may not appear until you turn them back on manually.
Check Do Not Disturb and Focus modes
Do Not Disturb, Focus modes, and similar "quiet" settings can silence or hold back notifications from every app, including Getcaller. If one of these modes is on, either turn it off or add Getcaller as an allowed app so its notifications can still come through.
Review battery optimization settings
Some phones limit background activity for apps to save battery, which can prevent notifications from being delivered on time. On Android, this is usually found under Settings > Battery > Getcaller, where setting the app to "Unrestricted" or "Not optimized" can help.
