Deleting Your Account
If you no longer wish to use Getcaller, you can request account deletion. Here is how:
- Open the Getcaller app and go to Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
- Your account will be marked for deletion.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- Your profile information will be removed.
- Your search history will be permanently deleted.
- Any active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play.
- Tags you added to other numbers will remain in the system.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. You will lose all your search history and profile data. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it first to avoid being charged.
Unlisting Your Phone Number
If you want to remove your phone number from Getcaller's database without deleting your account, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your unlisting request. Include the phone number you want removed and we will process your request.
