Quick Fixes
If Getcaller is crashing or not opening, try these solutions in order:
- Force close and reopen: Close the app completely from your recent apps list, then open it again.
- Restart your device: Turn your phone off and back on. This clears temporary memory issues.
- Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Clear app cache (Android only): Go to Settings > Apps > Getcaller > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Check storage space: Ensure your device has at least 100 MB of free storage space.
Reinstall the App
If none of the above solutions work, try reinstalling:
- Uninstall Getcaller from your device.
- Restart your phone.
- Download and install Getcaller again from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in with your existing account credentials.
- If you had a premium subscription, restore your purchase.
Important: Before uninstalling, make sure you remember your login credentials. Your search history is stored on our servers and will be available after you log back in.
Device Compatibility
Getcaller requires Android 6.0 or later, or iOS 13.0 or later. If your device is running an older operating system, the app may not function correctly. Check for system updates in your device settings.
