How to Set Up Getcaller on Oppo and Vivo Devices (ColorOS & Funtouch/OriginOS)
Oppo and Vivo phones use their own battery and app-management systems — ColorOS on Oppo and Funtouch OS or OriginOS on Vivo — which can manage background apps more strictly than stock Android. If Getcaller's caller ID or notifications feel inconsistent, a few settings changes usually help.

Setting Up Getcaller on Oppo (ColorOS)
Step 1: Allow Getcaller to auto-start
Open Settings > App Management (or Phone Manager > App Permissions), find Getcaller, and open Startup Manager (sometimes called Auto-launch). Turn Getcaller's auto-start permission On so it can check for calls even when it isn't open.

Step 3: Lock Getcaller in recent apps
Open your recent apps view, find the Getcaller card, and use the lock icon or pull-down gesture available on your OriginOS/Funtouch OS version to keep it from being cleared automatically.
Check notification permissions
On either device, also confirm Settings > Notifications has Getcaller allowed — some models manage notification access separately from battery and autostart settings.
